Thawatchai Jitpaiboon, associate professor, earned his doctoral degree in manufacturing management and engineering at the University of Toledo. He received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok, Thailand) and an MBA specializing in information systems and operations management (ISOM) from the University of Toledo. He worked at Colgate Palmolive Co., Ltd. for four years as a production planning and purchasing engineer and at Havill Consultant for two years as a system analyst. His research areas include supply chain management, supply chain integration, total quality management and research methodology.
