Teaching
Inga Hill teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Strategic Management and Business Policy. She also teaches Managing Organizational Behavior and other general management courses.
Professional Activities
Inga Hill is active in the Business Policy and Strategy of the Academy of Management. She has also served as President and Board Chairperson of the Midwest Academy of Management. Within Ball State University, she has been heavily involved in academic assessment, graduate programs, the core curriculum, and University Senate. Her consulting has been primarily with water supply companies.
Research Interests
Strategic alliances, joint ventures, strategic risk, and academic assessment are Inga Hill's research areas. She has published in such journals as the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, Management International Review, and Journal of Small Business Management. She is also a frequent contributor to Water Well Journal.
