Why Ball State?

Unlike other business schools that have graduate students teaching, our faculty does almost all the instructing. We pride ourselves on being able to pass on our knowledge to you. Our professors are qualified professionals who will teach all of your classes, including the basic ones.

Our classes are small, so you won’t feel like you’re getting lost in the shuffle. On average, we have 15 to 20 students in class.

We also offer immersive learning opportunities. Before you graduate, you can apply what you've learned in the classroom to finding a real-world solution to a real-world problem. You can make a difference for a business or community partner.

And you will work in great labs. Our Network and Security Lab houses more than 20 computer work stations connected to at least eight servers, running four major operating environments. This give you an extraordinary learning opportunity to assemble and disassemble your own computer networks, conduct security analysis exercises, and participate in innovative information assurance education. You also may get the chance to work in one of our labs as a lab assistant.
