Entrepreneurship
- For the sixth consecutive year, Ball State's undergraduate entrepreneurship program is ranked among the nation's top 10 programs by U.S. News & World Report and has been described as the "ultimate entrepreneurial experience."
- Ball State is ranked 20th in an analysis of the nation's top undergraduate entrepreneurship programs by Entrepreneur magazine and the Princeton Review.
- Our program was ranked in the top 25 undergraduate entrepreneurship programs in the nation by Fortune Small Business magazine.

Human resource management
Marketing/Sales
- 2007 was the third consecutive year that Ball State marketing students placed in the top 25 of the Business Strategy Game. Ball State's two teams were among 2,656. Our teams ranked 15th and 16th in overall performance.
- The H.H. Gregg Center for Professional Selling, one of just nine such programs in the nation, has been recognized by the Professional Society for Sales and Marketing Training (SMT) for its high educational standards.
