With the ever-changing business world, more and more employers are looking for graduates who have spent time overseas. Today’s companies want employees with an international knowledge base as well as foreign language skills. We are committed to offering you a variety of international learning experiences, and study abroad is an excellent option.
A study abroad program is an enriching, life-changing experience that not only allows you to earn credit but also gives you experience in another culture. Being immersed in the culture will give you a different view of international affairs―from politics to economics to social issues. You’ll return with a deeper understanding and respect for your host country, knowing how another culture approaches daily life and business challenges.

A field study is a short, college-organized trip abroad. These trips last roughly 2–4 weeks. Miller College Field Studies are business-focused trips that combine professional site visits along with traditional sight-seeing activities. Ball State students with any major may participate on the trip, but preference will be given to Miller College of Business students. Check back each semester for exciting trip postings!
