Center for Actuarial Science and Risk Management

The Center for Actuarial Science, Insurance, and Risk Management positions Ball State as a world leader in actuarial science and insurance education. As one of the few centers of its kind, we are bringing groundbreaking research and talented young minds to the industries you care most about.

Through a collaboration between the Miller College of Business and the College of Sciences and Humanities, the center encourages a flexible, interdisciplinary approach to its education programs, resulting in more knowledgeable and professionally diverse students.

Our goal is to bring our bright, curious students and companies in the field of actuarial science and risk management and insurance together. Our students are taking rigorous courses to tackle real-life problems before entering their careers.

If you are looking for future interns, employees, or help with a business project, our pool of qualified students is where you will find them.
