As an information systems major, you’ll choose one of six concentration options that will determine the type of specialized course work you’ll take:

- enterprise resource planning
- information systems security
- information technology management
- network management
- systems analysis and design

You officially start out as a pre-business major, which you may declare during your freshman or sophomore year. In your junior year, you may declare a major in any of the Miller College of Business bachelor's degree programs (including information systems), if you have fulfilled certain prerequisites.
