Ball State University - BSNA Membership

Ball State School of Nursing Chapter dues are collected the first three weeks of the fall semester and the first three weeks of the spring semester.
Chapter dues are collected at this time and help fund events throughout the year.
The membership form is located here, on-line, and can be given to any BSNA Board Member or placed in a sealed envelope labeled BSNA Membership and turned into CN418.
