Parking
The most convenient and affordable short-term parking is in the Circle Centre mall parking garages, accessible just west of the center on Maryland Street. On-street metered parking and several 20-minute unloading spaces are also on Meridian and Maryland Streets.
Directions
From Muncie
The drive from Muncie to the Indianapolis Center should take you about 1 ½ hours (allow more time if traveling during morning or evening commute periods).
Take I-69 south.
- I-69 ends at I-465 (beltway), but the roadway becomes Binford Boulevard. Continue straight on I-69 onto Binford (do not exit onto I-465).
- Continue south on Binford. After about 5 ½ miles it will turn into Fall Creek Parkway. Continue about another 2 ½ miles. You will pass the Indiana State Fairgrounds on your right.
- When you get to Capitol Avenue (just past Ivy Tech), turn left (south).
- Continue south through downtown until Maryland Street.
- Turn left (east) on Maryland Street. The Ball State Indianapolis Center will be on your left just before Meridian Street.
From the Indianapolis International Airport
- Take Airport Expressway to I-70 east.
- Take Exit 79B and stay to the left for Illinois Street.
- Go north for 1 mile on Illinois Street.
- Turn right (east) on Maryland Street at Circle Centre Mall.
- The Ball State Indianapolis Center will be on your left, just before Meridian Street.

From Muncie
- Take I-69 to the 96th Street exit.
- Turn east onto 96th Street toward Wal-Mart, Meijer, etc.
- Go to the traffic light at Lantern Road
- Turn left (north) onto Lantern Road.
- Travel along Lantern Road approximately ¾ mile and turn left at the Delaware Park sign onto Park Central.
- The Outreach Services Site is the brown brick building on the right.
- Ball State University guests must use the rear entrance on weekends and after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.
