Insurance Education Institute

Ball State University is proud to serve as a host for the Insurance Education Institute for middle and high school teachers. The program is funded by grants from the Griffith Foundation for Insurance Education. The foundation is a non-profit charitable organization located in Indianapolis, Indiana, whose goal is to improve the understanding of insurance and its role in society through the education of teachers and students.

Graduate Credit. Three graduate credit hours are awarded at no cost to you for successful completion of the program. To inquire if the credit may be used toward your teaching license renewal, contact the Ball State Office of Teacher Education Services at 1-800-382-8540 or e-mail Jane Thomas, licensing advisor.
