Admission Requirements

Applicants must meet the admission requirements of the Graduate School. Applicants must also have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in education, physical education, biology, or other appropriate majors; have a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.75 on a scale of 4.0; and submit an approximately 1,000 word statement of purpose relating to the program purposes and objectives, three letters of recommendation, a resume and GRE Scores. Students may be asked to complete a phone interview.

To apply to the Graduate School a $25 application fee is assessed to those who have earned a degree from Ball State, and a $35 fee for those who earned a degree via another institution. The Graduate School also requires a copy of your official transcript in order to process your application.
