Attending a university is a major investment of time and funds, but the benefits are worth it and last a lifetime. To offset some of the cost, you may want to apply for scholarships, grants, and loans. The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships is a great source of information for these types of assistance. The vast majority of Ball State students receive financial aid.
You may also want to consider getting a part-time job. Jobs are available on campus as well as off-campus. The Ball State Career Center can help you find a job that will match your skills and schedule.
In addition, undergraduates may want to apply for a scholarship offered by the Department of Political Science. If you are a graduate student, our department has a limited number of graduate assistantships available.
