Political Science A

For Bachelor’s Degree Students

An internship is one of three ways that you can meet your capstone requirement as an undergraduate student. You should choose your internship based on your career goals.

Because you are responsible for finding your own internship, it is great practical experience for job hunting. To get the most out of your experience, you need to see Sean Hildebrand one or two semesters before starting your internship.

Students have interned for:

  • local, state, or federal government
  • campaigns
  • advocacy groups like Campaign for America
  • field offices of members of Congress
  • state legislatures
  • nonprofit organizations
