Joseph L. Armstrong is an assistant professor of Adult and Community Education at Ball State University in Muncie Indiana. He has a Ph.D. in Adult Education from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee (UTK), a M.S. degree in Technological and Adult Education also from UTK, and a B.S. degree in Psychology from Purdue University. His research interests include adult learning and collaborative learning. Prior to coming to Ball State he was an assistant professor of Adult and Higher Education at Morehead State University in Morehead Kentucky.
