Penny Craig holds a B. S. in English and History Education, an M.A. in Secondary Education and a Ed.S. in Curriculum and Technology. She is currently working toward a Ph.D. in Educational Studies. She spent nine years in the classroom before returning to Ball State to work on her doctorate. She is currently employed as the Digital Portfolio Support and iCare Corner Manager and spends much of her time helping students resolve laptop issues and create digital portfolios.
