POSITIION RESPONSIBILITY:
These individuals serve as the primary field liaisons with the charter schools sponsored by Ball State University. With the continued growth in the number of charter schools sponsored by the University and the sheer geographical size of the State of Indiana, the need for our three full time field representatives to work directly with schools throughout the state. The location and number of schools assigned vary from year to year. We have three highly qualified Field Representatives.

BACKGROUND:
Ms. Davis has a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Business Administration from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. She has completed graduate studies in Counseling at the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa and various management and public speaking training including Dale Carnegie Institute.
Ms Davis professional experience covers 25 years in higher education including that of the Director of Multicultural Resources serving on the Admission Committee for three major universities, grants writer and as the liaison to the community. She worked as an Academic Skills Specialist, certified in numerous assessment instruments. She has taught test-taking, time-management and various study skills courses at several universities and has worked for over 20 years with elementary, and high school educators creating a "pipeline" into higher education for underrepresented students.
