The computer technology option will prepare you for jobs in information technology. The program will teach you about operating systems, troubleshooting computer systems, and installing and maintaining computer networks.
You'll take courses in computer science, math, and technology. You'll learn about data storage and security, networking fundamentals, and how computers are assembled. You'll also complete a minor in business administration.
To gain real-world experience in today's computer environments, you are also required to complete an internship.
