Process Improvement

The minor in process improvement is a new minor that will be offered for the second year during the 2008-2009 academic year. The program was coordinated by Associate Professor Alan Leduc, through the Department of Technology. Prof. Leduc worked closely with Six Sigma guru Dr. Mikel Harry during the creation of this program. Mikel Harry is, arguably, one of the founding fathers of the Six Sigma Practice, and having him affiliated with this program brings loads of credibility and can help elevate the program into the national spotlight.
