Students in all-grade education--such as physical education and art education--complete university core curriculum requirements, required courses in their subject areas, and a series of professional education courses. They must also pass the CASA tests (reading, writing, math) required by the State of Indiana.
For admission to Teaching Curriculum, students must have:
- earned grades of C or better in EDSEC 150 and EDMUL 205, EDMUL 251
- earned a minimum of 45 credit hours with an overall grade-point average of at least 3.0
- completed all requirements for Transition Points 1 and 2 listed in TK20
You must receive Admission to Teaching Curriculum before you may register for 300- or 400-level classes.
