Departmental Library Representatives

Each fiscal year a library materials budget is allocated to 46 university departments or areas within seven colleges. Faculty and instructors within these departments may request materials for purchase through the appropriate departmental library representative. All requests for materials should be submitted via the Library Materials Request Form. The departmental library representative must approve all requests that are to be purchased from the departmental allocation.
