Video/Film Booking Service

Videos and films may be booked by Ball State faculty, staff, and students for a scheduled presentation on a specific date. Booking may be accomplished by one of two procedures.

To walk in and check out the item, please call Educational Resources Collections, 765-285-5334, or use the online Video/Film Booking Request Form.

To have the item delivered to an instructor’s department, please call Equipment Projectionist Services (EPS) directly at 765-285-5337. EPS personnel will book the title with Educational Resources Collections and deliver it to the appropriate department.

Please have the title and call number of the video or film ready when calling to book.  Videos and films may be booked by phone and picked up during Educational Resources Collections regular hours of operation. Videos and films circulate 4 days to faculty, staff, and students. See Borrowing Privileges for more details. Materials must be returned by the date and time the item is due to avoid overdue fines.  Overdue fines are based on the Reserve Fine Policy.  Materials circulated through EPS are not subject to the Libraries' Fine and Cost Policy.

Educational Resources Collections video/film titles on course reserve are not available for booking. These materials are circulated on a first come, first served basis.
