Ball State offers a wide variety of noncredit courses, seminars, and workshops for career-oriented adults who need to boost their skills to achieve success. The laundry list of topics includes computer applications, customer service and communication skills, marketing strategies, personnel and project management, leadership, problem solving and decision making, interpersonal relationships, conflict resolution, business writing, economic and community development, and occupational Spanish. We also prepare individuals to become certified human resources professionals and training consultants.
