This scholarship is available only to first-time freshmen who have graduated from high schools in Delaware County, Indiana.
The scholarship awards up to the value of full tuition (which may include the Presidential Scholarship) and room and board.
To be eligible for consideration, you must demonstrate outstanding leadership, creativity, and academic achievement. A teacher, counselor, or principal must nominate you for the award by February 1.
If you are nominated, you will be asked to fill out an application by March 1.
