If you are a high school senior who has actively participated in and provided leadership for academic and extracurricular activities in your high school and local community, you will want to apply for this award.
The value of the Emens Scholarship is up to the amount of in-state tuition, and is determined annually based on the availability of funds.
These awards are for eight semesters and are subject to an annual review of the student's leadership activities and academic progress.
A letter of nomination from a high school counselor, principal, or teacher will be accepted by our office between January 1 and February 15. After the nomination is received, an application will be sent, and must be returned to our office by March 12. Applications received after this date cannot be considered.
