RECOGNIZE THAT TREATMENT WORKS

  • Treatment (counseling alone, medication alone or a combination of both) is effective in treating depression and anxiety disorders. Over 80% of people are helped with treatment.
  • 36-44% of clients coming to the Counseling Center over the last 6 years indicated that staying in school was a concern for them when they came in for counseling.
  • An average of 93.8% of these student indicated that counseling helped them stay in school.
