Employee Assistance Program

The university recognizes that a wide range of problems may have an adverse effect on an employee's job performance. When marital or family discord, financial or legal crises, emotional problems, alcohol or drug problems, illness, or other difficulties interfere with or threaten job performance or conduct, the university offers assistance through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Human Resources. Working collaboratively with the EAP, the Counseling Center provides university faculty and staff a free counseling and referral session. University employees may call the employee assistance coordinator at 765-285-1824 for a referral or call the Counseling Center directly at 765-285-1736 to set up an appointment.
