Application Procedures for Regular Positions

  1. Fill out and submit an online Doctoral Student Application.
  2. Fill out and submit an online Professional Conduct and Applicant Certification Form for Doctoral Trainees.
  3. Provide two recommendations on the Recommendation Form by Supervisors and Faculty for Doctoral Applicants. Follow the instructions at the top of the form. Forward copies to your reference writers for return by the deadline.
  4. Selected candidates will be interviewed by the assistant director of training and a member or members of the training team at the Counseling Center. Interviews will be held as soon as possible after the application deadline.

Deadline: All application forms, including recommendations, must be returned by March 1, 2013 in order to receive full consideration.
