A central hub of activity on campus, The Atrium in the
Art and Journalism Building offers foods that college students love to eat. Whether you want pizza, burgers, salads, wraps, or fries, you can get it here.
The Atrium includes two national chains:
Chick-fil-A Express and
Sbarro—The Italian Eatery. Your meal card can be used for both locations. Sbarro specializes in handmade pastas, pizza, and other Italian favorites, while Chick-fil-A serves its famous chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, and fresh-squeezed lemonade.
The Atrium also includes these options:
- McKinley Grille offers hot soups and sandwiches, Black Angus burgers smothered in your favorite cheese, and the popular Saratoga chips, which are freshly fried thin potato slices.
- Block and Barrel Deli will create your favorite sandwich from a spread of premium deli meats, cheeses, and fresh breads.
- Caliente is as hot as its Spanish name, serving tacos, nachos, taco salads, and more of your favorite Mexican cuisine.
- Atrium Creations brings a taste of Asia to the heart of campus, cooking up made-to-order or buffet-style entrees and eggrolls.
The Atrium is a great place to meet up with friends for breakfst, lunch or dinner. If the weather is nice, you can dine outside on the patio along McKinley Avenue. If you don’t have time to sit down in our spacious dining area with live trees, we have grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, and desserts.
The Art and Journalism Building conveniently connects to the Ball Communication Building, near the David Letterman Communication and Media Building and Robert Bell Building, so you can stop by for a quick bite between classes.
