If you have specific dietary needs, don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. Many of our dining locations already include vegan and vegetarian options on their menus, but please let us know about any other accommodations you require.
Whether you’re lactose intolerant, diabetic, gluten intolerant, or have food allergies, our culinary-trained chefs can handle it. Even if you’ve had oral surgery and are limited to a liquid diet for a few weeks, we can help you find nutritious meals.
For assistance, you’ll need to provide us with medical documentation, and
Liz Poore, assistant director of operations for Ball State Dining, will set up a one-on-one counseling session to find out what you like and don’t like. Following the session, she will develop a meal plan for you. If you approve, it will be given to the chefs at
Noyer Centre, who will then work with you to figure out the best time to serve your meals. They’ll make sure you always get your meals at the times you designate.
