Cooking Live! Oktoberfest

Ball State Dining invites you to join us for our fall Oktoberfest-themed Cooking Live! dinner, featuring a traditional German menu paired with carefully selected beers and wines.

Enjoy dinner highlighted by sauerbraten with käsespätzle (full menu below), your choice of beer or wine pairings, and on-stage demonstrations by Executive Chef Lucas Miller. Recipe cards for the night's menu will be available for those who want to try their hand at newly learned culinary techniques at home.

   Cucumber & mustard salad
   Celery root, radish, and watercress salad
   Potato & ham salad

2nd course
Smoking Goose veal bratwurst over caraway sauerkraut  

3rd course
Sauerbraten with käsespätzle and sautéed kale with garlic, shallots, and capers 

4th course
Dessert tasting
   Black forest cake
   Apple strudel
   Peach streusel küchen
