VP of Risk Reduction
Greek Organization: Phi Delta Theta
The Vice President
of Risk Reduction for the Interfraternity Council (IFC), they are in charge of
making sure the Ball State community is safe and abiding by policies in which the university has adopted. This includes, but is not limited to: conducting risk
management training sessions with all Chapter Presidents, Risk Management
Chairmen, and Social Chairmen for all fraternities in the IFC, conducting Social
Evaluation Team (SET) training each semester and supervising the monitoring of
registered events and responsible for
organizing all event registration forms submitted by the IFC chapters.
The Vice President of Risk Reduction is also responsible for making sure all fraternities with chapter facilities have
an updated fire evacuation plan and are regularly conducting fire drills. The Vice President of Risk Reduction will also be working on events such as National Hazing
Prevention Week and planning an agenda for Sexual Assault Awareness Week.
