Alpha Chi Omega women's fraternity was founded on October 15, 1885, at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. Alpha Chi Omega prides itself on maintaining five standards: academic interest, character, financial responsibility, leadership ability and personal development. The mission of Alpha Chi Omega is to enrich the lives of members through lifetime opportunities for friendship, leadership, learning, and service.
