Fraternity houses differ from chapter to chapter. Some fraternities offer a meal plan, require members to live in the house for specific amount of time houses and the costs vary.
The Theta Chi houses is alcohol-free and has a paid graduate student advisor living in the house that assists with chapter and house operations. Make sure you ask questions about the housing requirements prior to making plans to live somewhere else.
