Student Health Insurance

Ball State University offers a relatively low cost insurance to students while they are enrolled in classes. Please contact the Office of Business Affairs for more information (765-285-2527).  You should also have received information about this in your orientation packet. This insurance is administered by Collegiate Risk Management, Inc. Information regarding benefits, as well as a downloadable application and claim form, is available.
