Pharmacy

The pharmacy is located in the Ball State Health Center, and is open to current Ball State students and employees.

The pharmacy accepts payment by cash, credit card, debit card, bursar's charge, and most insurance plans except for Medicare and Medicaid.  If you wish to make a charge to your bursar account, you must present a valid Ball State ID.  If you are picking up a controlled substance, you must show a government-issued photo ID.  A Ball State ID is sufficient for this purpose.

If you are using Medicare or Medicaid for payment, CHS Kenmore Pharmacy located 1 block southwest of campus on Tillotson can work with you.

The Ball State pharmacy maintains a formulary of common medications which are available for $8 for a treatment course or a one month supply.  Talk to the pharmacist or provider for more details.
