The physical therapy unit is located in the basement of the Ball State University Student Health Center. Fees for services in the physical therapy unit are paid for in the same way as fees for the health center in general.
The physical therapy unit sees patients by appointment only. In order to schedule an appointment, students must have a referral from a health care provider such as a physician, nurse practitioner or physician's assistant. To schedule an appointment call 765- 285-1106.
The physical therapy unit is administered by Mid-West Health Strategies, a partner of Cardinal Health Systems.
