Even though our
rental rates are considerably low, we like to offer specials from time to time. Currently we are providing a
$100 credit toward your 2011-12 rent for new contracts when students sign a contract before April 30, 2011. Students must present a copy of our ad at the time of signing the contract for the credit. Download the
