Spacious and designed for a family, these apartments are reserved for students, faculty, and staff with at least two children living with them. Families will be happy to know their children can attend designated schools located near the units.

These three-bedroom units are similar to the Scheidler two-bedroom apartments with the exception of another bedroom. They are all townhouses with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. They have electric heat and have been recently renovated. A limited number of these apartments are furnished.
