Johnson Complex will be the home of the
Criminal Justice Living-Learning Community and the
Emerging Media Living-Learning Community, giving students the opportunity to get to know people who share their interests.
Students reside in Z-shaped rooms and can take advantage of computer labs, fitness rooms, and lounges, along with a
variety of services in the residence halls. When the Student Recreation and Wellness Facility opens in 2010, you'll be close to a top-notch place to stay fit and enjoy sports.
Johnson Complex is divided into two buildings: four-story
Botsford/Swinford and eight-story
Schmidt/Wilson. Both buildings house approximately 450 residents each and are named after Earl Johnson, who was the dean emeritus of the Teachers College at Ball State and Burris Laboratory School’s founding principal. The complex named for him opened in 1969.
