At University Apartments, there are many types of apartments for you to request. There are one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom styles for Ball State students who meet at least one of the following criteria:
- married students
- students with dependent children
- junior, senior, or graduate (master's or doctoral) single students (must have 60 credit hours or more completed)
- students 21 years or older
If you are taking a minimum of 8 undergraduate credit hours per semester or 6 graduate credit hours per semester, and you meet one of these criteria, you may request to live in a University Apartments community.
There is a $300 per contract security deposit (or for each person in roommate pairs). Monthly rent ranges from $510-$746, depending on the size of the apartment (food is not included). Rent includes electricity, water, sewage, heat, basic cable television, and Internet. Telephone services, including voice mail and caller ID, are available at a small charge through Ball State Telephone Services.
