Support

We have a small staff of student computer technicians who are available to assist you with the following technological problems:

  • solve connectivity problems with computers
  • assisting with wireless connection setup 
  • assist with the removal of spyware and virus infections on computers
  • report Ethernet jack/telephone jack problems for diagnosis and repair

Should you need more advanced services, Unified Technology Support (UTS) offers a wide-range of services to assist students with technology.    The Technology HelpDesk can answer your questions and will resolve most technology-related issues.  For assistance, send email to helpdesk@bsu.edu, call 765-285-1517, or stop by the Tech Center located in Bracken Library, room 101.    Contacting the Technology HelpDesk would be the first place to start, but depending on the type of issue or assistance needed, students may be referred to TechTime.
