Can I submit any type of repair request?

Yes, you may submit any type of request. However, some requests should not be entered into the online system due to short timelines or approvals required. These may include the following:

  • Non-emergency but pressing request (one that needs attention the same day)--Call 765-285-2333 during normal business hours. After hours, during weekends or holidays, contact your hall desk or residence hall director.
  • Emergency (fire, major flood, accident scene, crime in progress, broken glass, broken door handle, overflowing toilet or sink, etc.)--Contact your hall desk or residence hall director.
  • Lost key or ID card--Contact your hall desk or residence hall director.
  • Card access issues--Visit the Office of Housing and Residence Life at LaFollette Complex, Room N-13 during normal business hours.
  • Laundry equipment (washers or dryers not working)--Call 765-285-2333 during normal business hours. After hours, during weekends or holidays, contact your hall desk or residence hall director.
  • Vending machines (empty or lost money)--Contact your hall desk or residence hall director.
  • Cable TV cords replaced--Contact your hall desk.
