Fall 2015 Activity Fair - student organizations can register for table space at the Activity Fair. Registration is open to organizations who have been approved by the Student Activities Committee. The Fair takes place on Saturday, August 22, 2015.

CASE Application - students interested in applying for membership on the Council for Alumni and Student Engagement (CASE) can download the application and submit it by April 10, 2015.

Tom and Pam Smith Scholarship Application:  Scholarship for students studying teacher education or business, must hold at least a 3.0 GPA.  Application deadline: Friday, March 27, 2015. Download the application.

Student Organization Office Space: If your student organization is interested in obtaining office space for 2015-2015, download and complete the application.  All applications are due in SC 133 by 5:00pm on Monday, March 30, 2015.

Pride Guide Submission: Click on Pride Guide Information to enter information about your organization which will be included in the online Pride Guide and the printed Pride Guide publication.

Publicizing Your Events: To submit your student organization's events for posting on the Student Organizations page of the Communication Center and inclusion on the next edition of the Events This Week E-mail, use the Events This Week E-mail Submission Form. Or you can Submit Your Organization's Event for posting on the Ball State University Calendar.

Student Government Association Co-Sponsorship for Fall 2015:  A recognized student organization can apply to SGA for co-sponsorship funds to be used towards specific events for Fall 2015. To learn more about the co-sponsorship, visit SGA Event Co-sponsorship.

Student Organization Roster Submission:  You may submit your organization roster in one of two ways: 1. Complete this form or 2. Email a Word, Excel or PDF document that contains a list of current student organization members (including President, Vice President, Secretary, Advisor) to Student Life.
