Fall 2012 Activity Fair: Registration is now FULL for recognized student organizations to participate in the Fall Activity Fair on Saturday, August 18, 2012 from 6-8pm in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center. Click on Activity Fair to be placed on the Waiting List for the Activity Fair.
Pride Guide Submission: Click on Pride Guide Information to enter information about your organization which will be included in the online Pride Guide and the printed Pride Guide publication.

Publicizing Your Events: To submit your student organization's events for posting on the Student Organizations page of the Communication Center and inclusion on the next edition of the Events This Week E-mail, use the Events This Week E-mail Submission Form. Or you can Submit Your Organization's Event for posting on the Ball State University Calendar.
Student Government Association Co-Sponsorship for 2012-2013: A recognized student organization can apply to SGA for co-sponsorship funds to be used towards specific events. To apply, first review the SGA Guidelines for Co-Sponsorship, then click on SGA Co-Sponsorship Application. After submitting an application, you will need to e-mail an itemized budget to SGA Treasurer J.P. Bechtel. To see a sample of an itemized budget, choose SGA Sample budget, The SGA Co-Sponsorship Committee reviews applications weekly during the academic year.
