Join Outdoor Pursuits on this West Virginia Whitewater Bridge Adventure. Spend three nights camping, making life-long friends, and preparing meals around a campfire. Activities will include a mud obstacle course, day hiking, and a full day rafting on the Lower New River through the 1,000-foot deep gorge lined with jaw dropping views of the West Virginia Mountains. Participants will also enjoy swimming, sliding, and jumping at the spring-fed mountain lake water park; the lake offers something for every adventure level including 40 foot waterslides, water trampolines, and a zip-line. Day 1 - Monday, July 9, 2018
Arrive on campus at 8:00 a.m. Drive to ACE Adventure Resort and set up camp.
Day 2 - Tuesday, July 10, 2018
Mud Obstacle Course in the morning, followed by lunch, then Water Park in the afternoon.
Group hikes in the evening.
Day 3 - Wednesday, July 11, 2018
Whitewater Rafting on New River all day.
Day 4 - Thursday, July 12, 2018
Break down camp, drive back to Ball State, arriving at approximately 5:00 p.m.
