Our increasingly global society needs citizens prepared to lead in their professions and communities. Ball State’s Excellence in Leadership program is here to help you develop and sharpen the skills you will need to lead your peers, organize projects, and communicate your vision.
This two-year program focuses on both individual and group leadership. Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are welcome to join and will spend the first year attending interactive workshops, participating in a fall retreat, attending the Spring Campus Leadership Conference, and completing a community service project.
