College Mentors for Kids is a nonprofit student organization here on campus and is one of 20-plus chapters in Indiana and Illinois. Each week, 1st-4th graders from Delaware Community Schools come to campus to meet with their "Big Buddy." In a group of 10 buddy pairs, the children and mentor participate in hands-on campus-wide activities related to higher education, community service, culture and diversity, and economics.
