Student Voluntary Services

Established in 1965, Student Voluntary Services (SVS) is one of the largest student organizations at Ball State. In order to improve and sustain the quality of life on campus and in the surrounding communities, SVS promotes education, leadership, and the environment through volunteerism and service learning. SVS offers more than 100 programs at non-profit agencies that assist people of all ages and backgrounds, strengthening the connection of students to their community. SVS also serves as a resource to other campus groups and organizations interested in developing their own service projects and serves as a central information and referral service of service opportunities for all students. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend either the fall or spring Volunteer Recruitment Fair. For more information, contact us at 765.285.3476, email SVS, or visit the SVS website.
