National Association for the Advancement of Colored People

February 12th, 2009 marked the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People's 100th year of existence and we're still celebrating! Join us in Freedom Fighting by becoming a member of the nation's oldest and most renown civil rights organization. Ball State University's Youth and College division has the mission of ensuring the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate racial hatred and racial discrimination. We hold bi-weekly general body meetings to discuss relevant issues that shape our country and will hold fun, social events that support our mission as well. For more information on how you can get involved email NAACP or contact Candice Jackson.
