This organization seeks to empower women of all ages, economic backgrounds, and lifestyles for their self-development and strives to improve the status of women on Ball State's campus. A few of our goals that we strive to achieve are to encourage leadership development of women, provide opportunities for women to support issues of concern, and to enhance awareness of how women can improve the quality of their lives.
