Weekly Workshops

Many of our workshops are open to any interested student, staff, or faculty member. 

Phase One workshops take place on Monday nights (7:00pm – 9:00pm) in Cardinal Hall.  Phase Two workshops will take place on Wednesday nights (7:00pm - 9:00pm), also in the Student Center Forum Room.

Every week, we discuss a different topic in leadership. Our presenters come from many backgrounds including Ball State faculty, staff, and alumni. Community members and professional leadership educators also serve as workshop presenters.

Non Excellence in Leadership participants who are interested in attending a workshop must register in advance. Registration links are available on each workshop page. Registration is appreciated as it allows us to get accurate counts for chairs, refreshments, and materials.

Excellence in Leadership participants do not need to register.
